Terms and condition of use of Info.ByGuide.com Web Site, hereinafter referred to as "Info.ByGuide".

Agreement between User and SIFOR SRL Unipersonale, hereinafter referred to as "SIFOR".

Duration of the agreement
SIFOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the agreement at any time, without notice.

All this information is provided by SIFOR "as is" without declaration or warranty of any kind, including all implied declarations and warranties.

User hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cagliari, Italy, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Info.ByGuide. This agreement or the use of Info.ByGuide by the User do not constitute and is not construed to mean any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between User and SIFOR.
SIFOR may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without notice.

Privacy
SIFOR will not gather and keep User's personal information without the User's authorization. If so authorized by the User  SIFOR will keep the User's information strictly confidential and will not disclose them to others. The User's informations will be used only for the scope for which the User made the information available and gave its authorization.
